De-Commissioning & Uninstalling Equipment

Once the machinery becomes our responsibility, We have an experienced removal team consisting of electrical & mechanical engineers who will study the audit notes to ensure nothing has been overlooked once the heavy machinery becomes our responsibility.

We will isolate and disconnect site services and accurately record all fixings and cables - this ensures that re-installation runs smoothly when the machinery has been relocated.

Machinery Installations at New Locations

After they arrive at the new location, our engineers place the machines into a storage area and their audit notes will determine the centre line and datums of the machines, as well as the general footprint. Laser equipment is utilised for optimum accuracy.

Alongside the customer checking that the positioning is practical, the machines are set in place methodically.

To avoid additional contractors being necessary, levelling, interconnections and site services are then carried out.

We believe that the detail of all heavy machinery installations and relocations is paramount. The more information we obtain will ensure a smooth transition between locations. Also, that the correct equipment for individual project is used - a job may require a crane, a large 40 ton fork lift or a different vehicle. We ensure that our information is full and complete so that the job is completed to the customer's satisfaction.

Relocation Support

We are able to provide an engineer to remain on site following any relocation project. This engineer will be able to assist the customers' own team to fine tune the machinery, undertake tests and ensure a smooth relocation of all heavy machinery and equipment.
